From your pantry:
32 oz chicken stock.
1 1/2 cups water.
14 oz. Can tomato sauce.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Optional: 1 pound cooked ground meat/chicken.
Bountiful bowls are as easy as 1, 2, 3 to prepare.
Cooking directions:
1. Bring chicken stock, water, soup mix, and tomato sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Stir often to prevent sticking.
2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until beans and vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the cooked ground meat allow to rest 5-10 minutes prior to serving.
