This beautiful fruit yields unique characteristics compared to our Koroneiki Extra Virgin Estate Olive Oil. This fruit has the perfect balance of fruitiness, bitterness and pepperiness. Its aroma characterized by a vibrant green olive fruit, freshly cut grass, tomato plants, artichoke, green almonds and hints of wild plants. Medium bitter and intense spices marry gracefully that leaves a fresh sensation to the palate.
