Named after my favorite desert from Swiss Confectionery of New Orleans... The Champagne Patty Petit - Fours are an explosion of champagne, berries and coconut.
Notes:
Top - apple, pineapple, peach, red fruits, dewy green
Middle - ozonic, hibiscus, jasmine, muguet, cyclamen
Bottom - coconut, musk, caramelized sugar
