Use wooden, silicon or nylon utensils. Metal can scratch the enameled cookware set. Enamel coated cast iron cookware may chip if banged against a hard surface. If necessary, use nylon pads to remove the food residue on the mini iron. Always dry the cookware thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry place.
